We ship across the UAE from our local warehouse.

- Shipping cost: AED 15 flat rate
- Free shipping: on all orders over AED 150
You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping.
How to start a return
Email us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.
